Responsibilities

- Supervise the installation of mechanical parts and equipment.
- Check the correct alignment and movements of the equipment.
- Ensure the erection company performs its work according to the time schedule, design, and technical requirements.
- Verify planning of resources of the erection company.
- Interface with the engineering departments to resolve any issues during execution.
- Check and sign erection completion documents.
- Manage vendors and contractors.
- Attend meetings with the customer to report progress.
- Manage the relationship with the client and, if required, with local authorities.
- Coordinate with the headquarter and subcontractors.
- Prepare daily reports on supervision activities.
- Provide technical assistance during trial and commissioning phases.
Qualifications

- Leadership skills to coordinate, manage and control mechanical/piping erection activities in industrial plants.
- At least 3–5 years of professional experience in the construction of steel processing plants.
- Knowledge of site erection and commissioning activities, preferably for steel plants.
- Very good written and spoken English.
- Ability to work in a team and flexibility.
- Willingness to travel worldwide.
- Strong organizational skills, sense of responsibility, and ability to work under pressure. xysqume
