and building management systems /liliRespond promptly to critical failures to minimize impact on guest experience and hotel operations /liliManage maintenance issues to guarantee continuous hotel efficiency, in coordination with the Engineering Supervisor /liliConduct periodic visual inspections (daily or weekly) to verify compliance with standards, schedules, and hotel activities /liliSupervise the work carried out by external contractors on-site /liliDevelop and oversee projects defined by management, supporting the Director of Engineering /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongLeadership and People Management /strong /pulliManage, coordinate, and develop the maintenance team, ensuring high levels of competence, motivation, and performance /liliOrganize work shifts, on-call schedules, and ongoing technical training /liliParticipate in daily departmental briefings (“handover”) to ensure effective communication /liliPromote a culture of safety, quality, and attention to detail /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongLuxury Standards and Guest Experience /strong /pulliCollaborate with Front Office, Housekeeping, FB, and other hotel departments to ensure impeccable and responsive service to guest needs /liliEnsure that guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces consistently meet the aesthetic and functional standards of the Park Hyatt brand /liliHandle VIP guest requests or feedback with discretion and professionalism /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongCompliance, Safety, and Sustainability /strong /pulliEnsure full compliance with all applicable regulations regarding safety, health, environment, and energy efficiency /liliCoordinate inspections,



technical audits, and controls by external authorities /liliImplement sustainability initiatives, energy-saving measures, and improvements to environmental impact /liliVerify and supervise safety aspects related to external contractors, supporting the Director of Engineering in activities related to contract management /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongBudget and Suppliers /strong /pulliPrepare and manage the maintenance and CAPEX budget, supporting the Director of Engineering and Engineering Department /liliSelect, negotiate, and oversee external suppliers and contractors in coordination with the Director of Engineering and Procurement Office, with particular attention to scheduling their activities /liliMonitor costs, maintenance contracts, and supplier performance, supporting the Director of Engineering and Engineering Department /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongPosition Details /strong /ppJob Level: 2° CCNL Turismo-Federalberghi /ppEmployment Type: Full-time /ppSalary Range: € 45.000 - € 50.000 gross per year / 14 months /ppbr / /ppstrongRequirements and Qualifications /strong /pulliTechnical diploma or degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Building, or related fields) /liliSolid experience (minimum 5–7 years) in similar roles, preferably in luxury hospitality or complex environments /liliFluent English /liliFlexibility to work shifts and weekends /liliProven experience managing structured technical teams /liliStrong knowledge of hotel systems and maintenance operations /liliFamiliarity with preventive maintenance software and Building Management Systems (BMS) /liliKnowledge of Italian safety and fire regulations /liliStrong leadership with a service-oriented approach /liliExcellent organizational and problem-solving skills /liliHigh attention to detail and quality standards /liliAbility to work in high-pressure environments with demanding standards /li /ul
