pstrongDETAILS – Hospitality, Sports Leisure /strong is the platform responsible for managing Arrow Global’s Hospitality, Sports Leisure assets in Portugal. It currently oversees several hotel units located in Vilamoura, Carvoeiro, Lagos, Albufeira and Madeira, as well as the largest golf portfolio in Portugal, including the golf courses in Vilamoura, PGA Aroeira Lisboa, Palmares and Vale Pisão. Internationally, DETAILS also manages two golf courses in Sicily, integrated within the Costa Ragusa destination. In addition, it is responsible for the management of the Vilamoura Equestrian Centre. /ppbr / /ppbr / /ppThe strongGreenkeeper Assistant /strong will be responsible for coordinating, supervising, and controlling golf course maintenance activities, ensuring efficiency and quality in accordance with required playing conditions and established standards. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, those described below, with strong emphasis on teamwork and collaboration. /ppbr / /ppbr / /ppstrongKey Responsibilities: /strong /pulliPlan, organize, and allocate daily work tasks and prepare staff schedules. /liliMonitor task execution to ensure quality standards and deadlines are met. /liliOperate specialized golf course machinery and equipment. /liliProvide technical and operational training and guidance to the maintenance team. /liliOversee the correct use of machinery, tools, and equipment,



ensuring proper maintenance, conservation, and safety. /liliCollaborate with the Head Greenkeeper on strategic priorities and innovations. /liliReport and address breakdowns, repairs, equipment replacement needs, or improvements. /liliEnsure compliance with safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations. /liliPrepare activity logs and reports. /liliPerform operational tasks when necessary. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongKey Qualifications: /strong /pulliProven experience in golf course or sports field maintenance. /liliExperience in supervisory or leadership roles within operational teams. /liliKnowledge and practice in operating and maintaining specialized golf course machinery. /liliTechniques for preparing and maintaining greens, tees, fairways, and bunkers. /liliKnowledge of irrigation systems and application of plant protection treatments. /liliAbility to organize logistics, tasks, and resource management. /liliLeadership and team motivation skills. /liliStrong communication and interpersonal skills. /liliOrganizational discipline and attention to detail. /liliProactive problem-solving abilities. /liliPhysical stamina and ability to work outdoors. /liliFlexibility for weekend and holiday shifts. /liliItalian fluency is a requirment /liliValid driver’s license. /li /ulpbr / /ppbr / /ppstrongLocation: /strong /pulliRagusa /li /ul
