pstrongPrimary Job Function /strong /ppWe are looking for a Next Gen Diagnosis Manager to join our Customer Service Diagnostics Team. This role will coordinate the development of future vehicle diagnostics, contributing to a new ecosystem of autonomous self-diagnosis and repair. /ppbr / /ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /ppDrive the evolution of future vehicle diagnostics, enhancing vehicle capabilities through three key drivers: /pulliPriority: Prioritize electronic repair procedures for technicians to help ensure a fix-first-time approach. /liliAccuracy: Develop diagnostic capabilities able to identify root causes at component level, supporting less experienced technicians. /liliSoftware management: Enable seamless background software updates for greater peace of mind. /li /ulpDevelop the Service strategy for Software-Defined Vehicles. /ppAct as the voice of the customer during product development, ensuring that customer service requirements are effectively implemented: /pulliCollect customer needs and define requirements. /liliShare and discuss technical requirements with Engineering. /liliConduct cost-benefit analyses. /liliMonitor product development activities. /liliPlan testing activities. /li /ulpServe as a bridge between product development teams, customer support, quality, product validation, powertrain and the full vehicle lifecycle, enabling effective collaboration and ensuring alignment of objectives.
