Location: Italy (Milano region or Roma region)
Responsibilities
Target, develop, and close opportunities in Enterprise Accounts in the verticals assigned. It can be Industry, Public Sector, Utilities, Healthcare, Retail, Financial Services, Insurance, Media, Gaming, Travel, Aerospace and Defense, Telecom, etc.
Managing and qualifying multiple opportunities through the sales process to a successful close, in order to meet/exceed your quarterly and annual sales quota.
Develop relationships for the verticals assigned with multiple C-suite personas (e.g., CFO, CIO, COO, CDO) across all product sales.
Be a key digital advisor for accelerating the verticals assigned.
Oversee client relationship mapping to the account team, orchestrating an account strategy while leading across a broad virtual team (Solutions Consultants, Solutions Specialist, Success resources, Partners, and Marketing, etc.)
Develops a comprehensive understanding of customers' business needs and strategies for each assigned account,
of their priorities, and of the industry direction.
Qualifications
Proven experience and track record selling complex software solutions working in a hunter field-Sales Exec/ Account Manager/ Account Director role within a software vendor, technology consultancy, or systems integrator
A good understanding of the Insurance challenges & trends – Capacity to talk the language of the customer
Experience establishing trusted relationships with current and prospective clients and other teams
Ability to manage complex sales cycles: proven ability to identify, qualify, develop, and close large 6-7 figure ARR deals
Experience producing new business, negotiating deals, and maintaining healthy C-Level relationships
Strong network of active relationships with C-Level Executives and other key Business and IT leaders/ decision makers in the Italian biggest Accounts.
Fluent in Italian and English
A Bachelor's degree with exposure to Information Technology (or equivalent) is required; an MBA is preferred
Ready to travel when required (not very usual, but for trainings at Axway Corp or visits out of Milan)
Experience in API Management, Managed File Transfer, B2B, and Collaboration solutions is a plus
Proven ability to work independently to achieve results
Base Salary Range: 67,200€ - 105,000€ per annum
