Job Description
A major European logistics and distribution company is hiring a Warehouse Operations Coordinator to manage daily operations in their Verona distribution hub. You will coordinate a team of 25+ warehouse workers, optimise picking and packing workflows and ensure on?time dispatch rates above 98%.
This is a hands?on role requiring someone who thrives in a fast?paced logistics environment.
Responsibilities
Coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking and shipping
Manage and motivate a team of 25+ warehouse operators across two shifts
Monitor KPIs: on?time dispatch, picking accuracy, inventory shrinkage




Implement lean warehouse practices to reduce waste and improve efficiency
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Collaborate with transport planning for optimised loading schedules
Must-have Requirements
2+ years experience in warehouse operations or logistics coordination
Experience managing teams of 10+ people
Knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)
Forklift certification is a plus
Nice-to-have Requirements
Experience with automated sorting systems
Knowledge of lean/kaizen methodologies
SAP WM/EWM experience
