Your Role We are seeking an experienced and proactive Facilities Manager to oversee the efficient operation and maintenance of our facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of facility services, including maintenance, safety, and compliance, while ensuring a functional and welcoming environment for employees and visitors.
This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a thorough understanding of facilities management best practices.
Your Impact Ensure the proper functioning of Technogym Village, including workstations and all technological and technical systems at operational sites in Italy, and supervise remote locations such as branches and plants.
Manage energy supplies, purchasing them under the best market conditions.
Coordinate and manage routine and extraordinary maintenance activities at Technogym Village, ensuring system efficiency and a functional,



respectable workplace for guests and collaborators.
Oversee cleaning, gardening, and all general services.
Manage the Technogym group's vehicle fleet (HQ, Subs, TG EE).
Supervise the entrance of collaborators, vehicles, and goods at Technogym Village, supporting internal logistics.
Manage corporate telephony (mobile and fixed), related contracts, and support branches.
Oversee processes for improving and safeguarding workplace safety, environmental standards, and ISO***** and OHSAS***** certifications.
Provide technical support for special industrial/plant projects (remote locations, new production sites, etc.).
About You Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical.
What you should bring:
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in facilities management, maintenance, or a similar role.
Proven experience in managing technical and technological systems.
Experience in energy procurement and management.
Demonstrated experience in coordinating maintenance activities and managing general services.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in managing corporate telephony systems.
Knowledge of ISO***** and OHSAS***** certifications and safety standards.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.




Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation Data We believe great work deserves great recognition. For this role, we offer an annual gross salary (RAL) between €60,000 and €80,000, based on your level of experience, technical skills, and scope of responsibilities, in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici). On top of that, joining Technogym means being part of a culture where your growth, well-being, and impact truly matter.
We believe great work deserves great recognition. For this role, we offer an annual gross salary (RAL) between €60,000 and €80,000, based on your level of experience, technical skills, and scope of responsibilities, in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici).
