Experteer Overview As a FIDIC Contract Manager, you will lead contract administration for data center projects, ensuring compliance with FIDIC guidelines across the full project lifecycle. You will work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to provide technical guidance and resolve issues. The role blends contract governance with project execution to drive successful, compliant delivery at scale. You will stay current with FIDIC standards, supporting a collaborative, client?focused team. Retribuzione / Benefits Provide expert advice on FIDIC contracts to project teams and stakeholders
Review contract documents, specs, and drawings for FIDIC compliance
Develop project execution plans aligned with FIDIC guidelines
Participate in tendering and procurement ensuring FIDIC?aligned terms
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and compliance with FIDIC provisions
Assess variations, claims, and disputes with FIDIC?based recommendations
Review schedules and milestones for alignment with FIDIC obligations
Coordinate meetings,



workshops, and negotiations on FIDIC contract management
Maintain comprehensive FIDIC?related documentation
Provide technical support to resolve project technical challenges
Stay updated on latest FIDIC standards and industry best practices
Responsabilità Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
Minimum 8 years of experience focusing on FIDIC contracts
In-depth knowledge of Red Book, Yellow Book, and Silver Book
Proven track record managing FIDIC contracts throughout the lifecycle
Strong understanding of data center infrastructure and construction practices
Excellent analytical, problem?solving, and negotiation skills
Ability to interpret and apply contractual terms per FIDIC guidelines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for diverse stakeholders
Proficient in project management software and tools
Relevant certifications related to FIDIC contracts and project management are a plus
