Overview In this role you drive end-to-end supply chain performance for ABB's Energy Distribution line, focusing on on-time delivery, lead times, and networking capital. You will lead Supply Planning within the IBP framework and support Anaplan deployment, collaborating with factories, distribution centers, and sales teams. You'll push standardization, KPI governance, and continuous improvement to enable growth and operational excellence. This is a global, cross-functional role that combines planning, analytics, and capability development with a clear impact on service levels and cash flow.

Apply KAIZEN/Lean Six Sigma methods to drive root-cause analyses and digital integration of ERP and IS tools
Coach and train Planning & Fulfillment Managers, Material Planners, and Operations Planners to build capabilities
Responsibilities 5+ years in SCM or Planning & Fulfillment
Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or equivalent
Strong knowledge of Inventory & Supply Management, Disposition, Planning & Scheduling
Hands?on SAP (PP, MM, EWM/S4H) experience
Experience with forecasting tools (e.g., Anaplan) and Power BI
Familiarity with SAP/APICS CSCM/CSCP is a plus
Fluency in English
Proven ability to lead across teams and functions with strong communication
