Experteer Overview As General Manager, you will define and execute the company's strategy to achieve financial, commercial, and operational goals. You will own the P&L;, monitor revenue, profitability, cash flow, and working capital, and drive growth across markets. You will lead Commercial, Marketing, Operations, Product, and R&D; to accelerate innovation and execution. Track record in developing new markets, strategic customer relationships, or leading business transformation
Strong entrepreneurial mindset, sound decision-making, and results-oriented approach
