ph3Overview /h3pAs Lead Mechanical Field Service Engineer - Centrifugal Compressors, you will be the on-site first point of contact for global customers, guiding activities with a focus on safety and quality. You will oversee overhauls, troubleshooting and commissioning of centrifugal compressor products at customer sites, and lead technical discussions with customers and contractors. You will ensure training, compliance and documentation align with company standards, while developing your product knowledge in a dynamic environment. This role offers meaningful impact by shaping field service execution and customer outcomes within Baker Hughes IET. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliProvide technical direction for site activities to internal teams and skilled labor to ensure safety, compliance and quality /liliOversee, overhaul, troubleshoot and commission Centrifugal Compressor products at customer sites /liliLead in customer and contractor meetings to share action plans and advise on technical solutions /liliEnsure internal training, compliance and quality documentation is updated,
