pstrongCSA Supervisor /strong /ppstrongMilan, Italy (On-site) /strong /ppstrong10/4 rotation, all travel and accommodation provided /strong /ppbr / /ppstrongAbout the Role /strong /ppWe are seeking an experienced CSA Supervisor to join a major data centre project in Dublin. /ppThe successful candidate will be responsible for the coordination and delivery of Civil, Structural and Architectural work packages, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and in line with project requirements. /ppbr / /ppstrongResponsibilities /strong /pulliManage CSA work packages across civils, fit-out, roofing and cladding /liliOversee day-to-day site operations and subcontractor activities /liliCoordinate with Project Managers, Planners,



Consulting Engineers and Architects /liliMonitor site progress against programme and manpower requirements /liliLead site safety management in conjunction with the project safety team /liliSupport QA processes and ensure project documentation is maintained /liliReview construction drawings and setting-out details for accuracy and buildability /liliManage CSA snag lists, punch lists and close-out activities /liliAttend site meetings, planning meetings, coordination meetings and handover meetings /liliSupport change management, including cost and programme impact /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongRequirements /strong /pulli7+ years’ relevant construction experience /liliPrevious experience delivering large-scale CSA projects /liliExperience managing civils, fit-out, roofing and cladding packages /liliAbility to manage CSA teams and subcontractors /liliStrong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills /liliDegree in Engineering or equivalent experience preferred but not essential /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongApply /strong /ppTo apply or find out more, please submit your CV to this advert /p
