Experteer Overview As a Senior FAE for Aerospace & Defense in EMEA, you bridge product development and customers to win new business through in-depth design support. You'll guide early engagements, propose technology solutions, and serve as a trusted system advocate across power, RF, MEMS, and related topics. You work closely with internal units to meet customer platform requirements, resolving technical issues from concept to mass production. This role combines hands?on engineering with strategic account management in a dynamic aerospace ecosystem.

Resolve technical issues across all sales stages to ensure customer satisfaction
Build and maintain relationships with strategic customers and internal BU teams
Maintain product and system knowledge through ongoing training
Drive early engagement, technology proposals, and evaluation stages
Responsabilità BS/MS in Electrical Engineering
>10 years' engineering/semiconductor experience
Space application experience in semiconductors
Experience with High Speed RF, high-speed data converters, RF clocking
Knowledge of Radar, Communication, Space and Avionics architectures
Strong problem?solving, communication, and teamwork skills
Willingness to travel up to 50%
Driver license; languages: Italian, French (C1), English (B2)
