Hill International is seeking to hire a Project Services Manager for one of our oil & gas projects based in Milano, Italy.

Qualifications

-

- Bachelor Degree from an accredited university.

- Work experience of fifteen (15) years in Project Services / Project Control after earning degree.

- Excellent spoken and written English including proven ability to write reports.

Responsibilities

Main responsibilities:

-

- Responsible for management of Cost Control, Planning & Progress, and Document Control.

- Ensure accuracy and regularity of project progress analysis according to project procedures.

- Monitor data and technical documentation throughout the lifecycle of the projects.

- Ensure that all technical documentation produced for the project complies with project requirements.





- Archive all final documentation at the end of the activity.

- Maintain quality and consistency of project package definition.

- Complete engineering activities according to plan.

- Apply relevant norms, local rules, company standards, and international best practices on accident prevention, human protection, environmental impact reduction, and energy efficiency.

Key Activities

-

- Manage Cost, Schedule, and Documentation functions.

- Coordinate with project scheduling and analysis engineers to align project timelines and costs.

- Develop and implement project procedures for Cost, Schedule, and Documentation functions. xysqume

- Feed project accounting data into enterprise systems.
