- Develop and implement the sales strategy for Italy’s PV B2B market
- Drive market expansion and revenue growth through multiple channels (direct, partners, digital)
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners
- Conduct market research, analyze trends, and stay ahead of competition
- Forecast, budget, and present sales performance to senior management
- Collaborate with operations to refine value proposition and optimize the sales cycle
- Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to achieve targets
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- 5-7 years in business development, sales, or related role in renewable energy, with PV experience preferred
- Proven xlwpduy track record of meeting sales targets in B2B
- Deep understanding of PV industry, technology, market dynamics, and regulatory context
- Experience defining and executing sales strategy and using multiple channels
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Italian and English (written and spoken)
