In this role you will drive cross-border M&A; initiatives to support EssilorLuxottica's strategic growth in eyewear, luxury, retail, and tech-enabled segments. You will work closely with the Global M&A; team and cross-functional partners to source opportunities, structure transactions, and manage deals end-to-end from origination to closing. You'll analyse financials, coordinate due diligence, and prepare materials for leadership and boards. This is a fast-paced, impact-focused role that shapes how the company expands its brand and footprint worldwide. Retribuzione / Benefits Monitor market trends and identify strategic opportunities Support negotiation phases and structuring of transactions Lead execution of M&A; transactions (majority/minority, mergers, carve-outs) Perform financial analysis and valuation modeling (DCF, comps)
