ppWe are looking for a skilled Operations Manager to plan, direct, and coordinate all business operations for our Administrative Department. The role includes developing strategic decisions, communicating with a team of managers, implementing operational policies, assisting the Human Resources department, and promoting a strong company culture. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliEnhance operational frameworks, procedures, and best practices. /liliPurchase materials, design stock, and ensure warehouse productivity. /liliContribute to the accomplishment of the company’s strategic and operational objectives. /liliAnalyze financial information and use it to enhance profit. /liliPerform quality controls and monitor KPIs. /liliAssign tasks, manage, and carry out operations using project management tools like Onstro Projects. /liliTrain, direct, and appraise staff along with the Human Resources Department.



/liliManage staff levels, hours, wages, and contract labor to support revenue goals. /liliCoordinate with the management team to set or implement new procedures and policies. /liliEstablish pricing and contracts. /liliEnsure proper maintenance of facilities and equipment. /liliServe as the primary liaison with utilities and local government agencies such as police, fire, etc. /liliSupervise accounts payable and accounts receivable departments. /liliMonitor day-to-day activities to maximize productivity, efficiency, and profits for the organization. /liliWork smoothly with the Board of Directors to determine values and missions. /liliBuild alliances with other organizations. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
