Specialista Senior / Project Manager

In this role you ensure successful technical execution on-site, coordinating field activities and aligning with customer needs, standards and safety. You act as the main technical interface with customers and collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle. You lead installation, commissioning and start-up activities, resolving issues and keeping projects on schedule, quality and cost targets. This position offers frequent travel and meaningful impact across global projects.

- Support tendering and proposal preparation with technical assessments and site surveys
- Develop and review technical solutions, specifications and documentation for compliance
- Supervise installation, commissioning, testing and start-up at customer sites
- Coordinate on-site activities with customers, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams
- Provide hands-on technical support during commissioning and troubleshooting
- Monitor field execution for schedule, quality,



safety and performance
- Serve as primary technical interface with customers during site execution
- Collaborate with Project Managers to align on-site work with project objectives
- Report progress, identify risks and mitigation actions, and support communication
- Monitor site-related costs and support budget control activities
- Travel frequently to support project implementation and customer operations
- Technical background in electrical/electronic/automation fields
- Experience managing on-site activities, commissioning, start-up, or field engineering projects
- Strong understanding of electrical xlwpduy systems, engineering documentation and standards
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders in dynamic site environments
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and customer-facing abilities
- Basic knowledge of Project Management principles
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
- Willingness to travel frequently
- Proactive, autonomous and results-oriented mindset
