Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept ItAs our Restaurant Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind one of our restaurants, bars, or cafés at The Social Hub, setting the tone from the floor to the back office. You’ll bring energy, structure, and heart into the daily rhythm of service while turning ideas into great guest moments. You’ll lead a hands‑on team of supervisors and hosts, shaping a place people love to work in and guests keep coming back to. From service flow to team culture to financial results, you’re the one connecting the dots. You’ll work closely with our F&B leadership, kitchen teams, and creative minds to keep the concept sharp and relevant.Known for being the rule breakers in hospitality, TSH is a fun, creative and inspiring environment where everyone can work, stay, learn and play and most importantly – be themselves. and performance while protecting the guest experienceHandle guest feedback with confidence and turn challenges into positive momentsMaintain a safe, clean, and well‑organised working environmentWhat You’ll HaveYou have experience managing a restaurant, bar, café, or similar venueYou bring at least one year of leadership experience within F&BYou enjoy building teams and helping people grow You understand the balance between great service and strong commercial resultsYou’re comfortable working with budgets, staffing, and cost controlYou communicate clearly and lead with energy and empathyYou’re fluent in English and Italian, with additional languages as a plusWhat We OfferThe opportunity to work at a dynamic, multi‑national company.
