ph3About the Role /h3 pThe Assistant Director of Engineering plays a vital role in ensuring that all hotel facilities, equipment, and systems are maintained in impeccable condition, in alignment with Four Seasons standards of excellence. This is a hands‑on leadership position responsible for the daily operations of the Engineering Department, supporting preventive maintenance programs, managing capital projects, and ensuring guest comfort and safety through efficient and reliable facility management. /p h3What You Will Do /h3 ul liSupervise and coordinate the daily operations of the Engineering Department, ensuring optimal productivity and adherence to maintenance schedules. /li liAssist the Director of Engineering in planning and executing preventive maintenance programs for all hotel areas and private residences in accordance with legal agreements. /li liConduct regular inspections of building systems, guest rooms, and public areas to uphold the highest standards of safety, functionality, and aesthetics. /li liOversee and manage operational and capital expenditures, ensuring accurate forecasting, budgeting, and cost control. /li liCollaborate closely with all departments and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of engineering tasks and minimal disruption to guest experiences. /li liManage third‑party service providers, ensuring compliance with Four Seasons quality and safety standards. /li liMaintain accurate records of maintenance activities, service contracts, and equipment performance. /li liUphold compliance with all company policies, procedures, and local regulations related to safety, fire prevention, and energy conservation.
