/ppReporting to the Cluster Head of Sales OFF, you will be responsible for developing revenue and profitability for Sea Freight Forwarding activities in Italy, in close collaboration with France, Spain, and Yusen's global network.
/ppIn this role, you will drive new business acquisition while ensuring the retention and growth of the existing customer portfolio.
/ppYou will also provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs and support the overall commercial strategy.
/ppbKey Responsibilities /b /pullibDevelop Sea Freight Forwarding business /b including B2B prospecting, lead qualification, and commercial pipeline growth.
/lilibManage and retain a client portfolio /bby offering customized solutions.
/li libBuild and negotiate commercial offers /bin collaboration with procurement, pricing and operations teams, and participate in tenders.
/li libDrive cross-selling initiatives /bwith other Business Units and promote vertical solutions and value-added services.
/li libWork closely with operations /bto optimize commercial strategy and provide insights on market trends.
/li libMonitor commercial performance /b including KPIs, CRM activity, and analysis of customer and trade lane results.
/li libSupport the operational implementation /bof flows and SOPs with internal teams.
/li libIntegrate financial considerations /b such as client solvency, pricing consistency, and potential involvement in collections.
/li libContribute to quality and continuous improvement /bof internal processes and solutions.
/li /ulpbEducation Experience /b /pulliMinimum 5 years of experience in a B2B commercial role in transport or logistics.
/liliExperience in Project Cargo will be considered an asset.
/li /ulpbTechnical Skills /b /pulliComfortable with CRM tools and managing a commercial pipeline.
/liliProfessional English; Spanish and/or French appreciated.
/li /ulpbSoft Skills /b /pulliAutonomous, rigorous, with initiative and strong priority management.
/liliTeam spirit and ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
/li /ulpbCore Competencies /b /pulliStrong knowledge of logistics and transport solutions, as well as maritime and airfreight offerings.
/liliAbility to build complex commercial proposals and present them clearly.
/liliExcellent communication skills and strong negotiation abilities /li /ulpbWhat We Offer /b /pulliCompany car /liliPossibility of remote work (maximum 2 days per week) /li /ulpbCompensation: /b the salary range for this position is between b60K€ and 70K€ gross annually /b, depending on experience and qualifications.
