and be responsible for daily sales management; /lili Develop and maintain local agents and distributors in Europe; /li /ulp Regularly visit K-level customers and establish good customer relationships; /pp Qualifications /pulli3-5 years of experience in the rubber machinery or related industries; Bachelor's degree or above, with preference given to candidates majoring in mechanical engineering, polymer materials, or marketing.
/lili Experience in sales or marketing.
/lili Previous experience working in a rubber product factory or upstream/downstream supporting manufacturers (e.g., rubber compound factories, mold factories, auxiliary equipment factories, etc.).
/lili Strong customer communication and business processing skills; excellent teamwork spirit.
/lili Italian?English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills; knowledge of German is preferred.
/lili Proficient in using office software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
/lili Willing to travel for work in Europe.
/lili Possess a driver's license; strong work history and job stability.
