Responsibilities
Execution & Delivery
Manage a standard workload of alerts and investigations with increasing independence.
Deliver accurate results within strict SLAs, document outcomes consistently, and timely raise concerns or blockers to ensure seamless operations.
Problem Solving & Analysis
Conduct routine analysis of transactional data to identify recurring fraud trends and anomalies.
Apply established procedures and specialized monitoring tools to detect well-defined problems and document findings clearly using team templates.
Communication & Collaboration
Provide concise updates and case summaries to stakeholders and team members.
Work closely with peers to ensure smooth handovers and maintain professional relationships, adjusting your approach based on feedback and team needs.
Domain Knowledge & Decision Making
Apply a solid understanding of fraud monitoring tools and compliance policies to make decisions within defined parameters.
Resolve routine cases independently while seeking guidance from senior staff for complex or ambiguous issues.
Process Improvement & Projects
Identify daily inefficiencies or bottlenecks and suggest small?scale improvements to management.
Manage segments of small projects or initiatives,



ensuring timely completion and required quality standards.
Shift Requirements & Schedule
24/7 operational coverage: Participate in a 24/7 shift system.
Work a Panama Shift Model (2–2–3) consisting of 12?hour shifts, ensuring continuous business continuity and comprehensive coverage across days, nights, and weekends.
Qualifications
Experienced & Educated
Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or risk management with at least one year of experience in a similar analytical or fraud?focused role.
The Fraud Sense
A natural curiosity for identifying patterns.
Prior experience in credit card fraud detection or the e?commerce landscape is a significant advantage.
Process?Obsessed
Hate inefficiency and constantly look for ways to simplify workflows and automate manual tasks.
Resilient & Calm
Maintain composure during high?pressure incidents and navigate tight deadlines without losing accuracy.
Communicator
Native or professional fluency in English is required; proficiency in French is a strong competitive plus.
Tech?Savvy
Pick up new risk monitoring tools quickly and navigate complex internal systems comfortably.
