ppThis role is transformation and change focussed in its nature.
/ph3Principal Accountabilities /h3ulliSupport delivery of business and enterprise-wide transformation engagements.
/liliAnalyse and define the business problems, formulate the project/system scope objectives, recommend, and implement solutions.
/liliDevelop overall hypothesis for recommendations and identify required analysis for support and validation.
/liliMaintain and track delivery status and success metrics against the project initiatives portfolio.
/liliSupport production of reporting packs for the various programme committees and stakeholders.
/liliEngage with cross functional teams and Local Business Unit (LBUs) on project planning and implementation efforts.
/liliDrive process innovation and digital transformation in the organization.
/liliDevelop and confirm user requirements, functional design, use cases and testing scenarios.
/liliMaintain high standards of discipline in establishing and meeting deadlines.
/liliImplement and support change management in line with project plan requirements.
/li /ulh3Candidate Requirements /h3ulli7-10 years of program management / delivery experience, with proven experience in the finance / insurance sector /liliDegree holder with at least 5 years of relevant experience in a functional / LBU / enterprise-wide transformation.
/liliDelivery / execution focused,



comfortable with high level of uncertainty, highly adaptable.
/liliAble to build and sustain programme structures, lead project activities, and interact with senior stakeholders.
/liliRelevant in-house function experience is an advantage.
/liliExcellent communications and stakeholder management skills.
/liliFluent in both spoken and written English (ability to speak one of more Asian languages desirable).
/liliAbility to influence diverse stakeholder groups across multiple locations, territories, and cultures.
/liliPossess high integrity, good analytical mind, and decision-making capabilities.
