-- Job Description Facility Project Manager (short-term assignment – 6 months) Milan, Italy – Hybrid The Facility Project Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating all aspects of the office relocation project in Milan.
This role requires a strategic thinker with strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple stakeholders, workstreams,



and vendors to ensure a smooth transition.
The Project Manager will oversee planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting activities, ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
The role involves close collaboration with senior management, external vendors, and internal teams to deliver a successful move that aligns with corporate objectives and operational needs.
What you'll be doing Organize local governance and coordinate with Workstreams for successful delivery Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and roadmaps to meet project milestones.
Ensure results are delivered on time in compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and quality standards throughout the project.
Monitor achievements, planning/roadmap and Budget Escalate risks
