Experteer Overview As a Client Portfolio Manager at Ebury in Milan, you manage a portfolio of corporate clients, executing diverse products and shaping tailored FX risk strategies. You collaborate with a large sales team to originate and expand business, staying ahead of competitors to position Ebury's banking solutions. Your role combines relationship management, deal structuring, and product upsell to drive growth and client value. Retribuzione / Benefits Manage a portfolio of corporate clients and execute a range of products (FX hedging, lending, payments, cash management)
Upsell and cross-sell Ebury's product capabilities to enhance client value
Collaborate with the sales team for business origination and client acquisition
Understand clients' environments and industry to tailor solutions using Ebury's product suite
Analyze competition to position Ebury's banking solutions effectively
Achieve KPIs related to revenue, churn reduction, and wallet share




Maintain strong client relationships through meetings and professional presentations
Provide feedback to technology and product teams based on client needs
Originate new business via networking and referrals
Responsabilità Strong Financial Services experience in sales or relationship management
Established network of contacts is advantageous
Experience in FX or financial instruments with SMEs and corporates
Solid understanding of compliance requirements
Business or Finance background is a plus
Exceptional communication and ability to win commitment
Statistical/fundamental analysis and risk management skills
Track record of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
Skilled negotiator with senior-level relationship capabilities
Fluency in Italian and business-level English
