The role welcomes motivated and adaptable recent graduates who are ready to contribute to operation management in a dynamic industrial setting.
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
Collecting demand for materials based on monthly production forecast.
Defining intercompany material production plan according to available capacity, managing constraints and possible bottlenecks.
Monitoring on a weekly basis the intercompany flow in order to ensure material availability for the productions.
Supporting materials stock management together with logistics and suppliers.
Improving and developing digital app and tools for easing material management.
Support the analysis and reporting of CAPTT and OEE data, ensuring accuracy and the timely availability of Industrial Engineering performance indicators.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
A degree in a technical field, such as Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Management or related discipline.
Strong ability to work with datasets and manipulate numerical information reliably.
Analytical skills.
High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in analysis and reporting.
Ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions to improve processes and workflows.
Proficiency in written and spoken English.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office; knowledge of Python also recommended.
