p Purpose p To strengthen the growth of the Engineering Business Unit of Stevanato Group, we are looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team.
The new joiner will be responsible for achieving assigned targets, managing the sales process, interacting with internal cross-functional teams, and handling selected customers in line with our commercial and distribution policies and guidelines.
/pp Key Responsibilities: /pulli Support leadership in deploying the go-to-market strategy, providing commercial insights for assigned clients to drive business growth and process harmonization /lili Responsible for the performance of assigned portfolio, with also strong focus on developing new customers in the assigned territory /lili Independently manage sector penetration activities as agreed with leadership, and collaborate with other sales team members for complex negotiations /lili Build and maintain effective, long-term partnerships with existing accounts,
establishing strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers to strengthen our competitive advantage /lili Analyze and identify market trends and emerging opportunities to leverage Stevanato Group's value-added solutions /li /ulp Qualifications: /pulli Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Economics, Business or Marketing /lili Minimus 3 years' experience in sales role, ideally in the pharma or machinery and equipment market.
/lili Excellent communication and interpersonal skills /lili Strong analytical and reporting skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel /lili Strong sense of accountability as well commitment /lili Self-motivated and energetic with a results-focused approach to achieving daily goals/activities /lili Full proficiency in Italian and English, a third language is a plus /li /ulp Salary and type of contract based on candidates's experience.
