Service Sales Specialist - Transformers

In this role you drive service and product sales for our Substation/transformer offerings by collaborating with the Sales team and customers throughout the deal cycle. You analyze markets, articulate value, and tailor technically appropriate, cost-effective solutions. You own select customer cases, support proposals, and contribute to sales strategy and planning. You report on activity and maintain a safety-first, integrity-driven approach as you help grow sustainable service business.

Support the Sales team and customers throughout the sales process, expanding business by sharing product/market knowledge
Participate in sales strategy, set short/long-term goals, and negotiate Product Group sales budgets and marketing plans
Identify customer needs and competitor offerings via market analysis; demonstrate value propositions of products, systems, service and packages
Provide technical support,



product presentations and training to area Sales and customers to determine optimal solutions
Own specific customer cases to ensure issue resolution and analyze lost proposals to improve competitiveness
Perform sales performance reviews, propose recovery plans for order shortfalls, and provide sales activity reports for production planning
Prepare offers in coordination with the quotation department
Report in necessary tools like SFDC
Uphold core values of safety and integrity
Technical background; Engineering degree preferred
More than 3 years of direct sales and sales management experience
Previous experience with electric substation equipment; client-facing transformer solutions experience is a plus
