Co-architecture, management and maintenance of new IT-level ERP system
Similar management and maintenance of PLM system
Project management of PLM and ERP developments in direct contact with external consultants
Ownership of the implementation and improvement of business processes in collaboration with technical / managerial figures of reference for various groups
Development of dashboards, reports and tools to analyse critical data for various departments
Direct and cross-cutting support to users
REQUIREMENTS / REQUIRED SKILLS
Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering or related STEM disciplines
3+ years of work experience in contact with PLM / ERP (cloud-based preferably) – or at least one of the two systems
Solid analytical capabilities: translating business requirements into technical requirements
Excellent organizational skills: project management and budgeting, management of multiple stakeholders
High proactivity,



resourcefulness and motivation to acquire a solid knowledge of the two systems and their functionalities
Great interpersonal skills, clear communication
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
MS Business Central ERP Systems Implementation / Consulting Experience
Experience working with external consultants / developers
Knowledge of Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate)
Experience in PLM / ERP management in manufacturing industry:
ERP interface management with production and MRP logic
Logistics, warehouse management
Quality control
