Job
Responsibilities:
Drive year-over-year sales growth within the assigned North Italy territory
Develop and execute strategic sales plans for residential HVAC OEM customers
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers across customer organisations
Identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts




Promote sustainable and low-GWP refrigerant solutions (e.g. CO2, R290, A2L)
Collaborate with internal teams across sales, engineering, and product management
Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting
Deliver customer presentations and value-based selling approaches
Manage full sales lifecycle from prospecting through to deal closure
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development
Experience within HVAC, refrigeration, or residential heating/cooling markets preferred
Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage complex sales cycles
Ability to develop and execute territory and account strategies
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work across different cultures and manage regional accounts
Fluency in English and Italian preferred
