Bridgestone Europe, Middle East and Africa (BSEMEA) is seeking an R&D; Engineer for Commercial Tread Compounds in Rome, on-site. You will lead design, development and validation of new tread compounds across labs and production, driving innovations from prototype to industrialization.
The role requires a PhD in a materials-related field, strong knowledge of materials science, and fluency in English, with collaboration across global teams and partners.
