Currently studying or holding a Bachelor's/Master's in Economics, Business, Computer Science, etc. (or similar)
Scalability and automation hardwired in your DNA
Ability to execute independently — no guidance needed




Familiarity with digital growth and marketing automation
Analytical brain, founder mindset, zero excuses

????What you'll do
Work directly with the founder on high-impact projects
Build and optimise internal processes and automations across Operations, Growth, and Strategy
Deep-dive into data to identify bottlenecks and solve them independently
Own tasks end-to-end: from idea ? execution ? metrics ? iteration
