pulliCarry out project specific inspections and release materials as per supplier's Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) /liliConduct Witness, Hold, Monitor and Review activities as per the approved Supplier's / Sub-supplier's ITP /liliPerform Vendor evaluation for qualification and inclusion in the Wood Global Vendor List /liliPerform Vendor QC system audits and surveillances /liliBe familiar with the material requisition requirements and Wood / client project specifications and drawings /liliReview supplier's ITP based on requirements in purchase order, material requisition, job specifications, codes, standards, statutory regulations, etc.
/liliAttend and lead pre-inspection meetings / progress review meetings at supplier's workshop /liliWitness shop inspection and testing of materials and equipment as detailed in supplier's ITP /liliPrepare and issue Inspection Reports after each inspection visit /liliIssue Vendor Non-Conformity Reports (VNCR) and expedite their close out /liliCheck the compliance of materials and equipment with purchase order requirements /liliEnsure all works are completed per project specifications /liliBe fully aware of concessions raised, approved and/or rejected by the requisitioning Engineer /liliReview and accept supplier final inspection data books and material certificates to release materials /liliPrepare and issue final inspection reports /liliLiaise with requisitioning Engineer and Inspection Expediting Coordinator as appropriate /liliReport promptly all matters related to inspections and testing attended /liliProvide feedback on supplier / sub-supplier performance upon request /liliReview and analyze supplier's / sub-supplier's fabrication schedules /liliReview progress status of supplier's / sub-supplier's activities /liliIssue expediting reports highlighting critical areas requiring recovery or corrective actions /liliExpedite corrective actions required to resolve fabrication or delivery problems /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliUniversity Degree or Technical Diploma /liliAt least 10 years of experience in the field of inspection and testing of rotating equipment skid mounted, machineries and packages /liliCertified Level 2 Operator for non-destructive testing (PT, MT, UT, RT) in accordance with the rules established by the standard UNI EN ISO ****, or trained and certified according to other international standards equivalent to UNI EN ISO **** (e.g. ASNT SNT-TC-1A) /liliWorking knowledge of the following standards: API 610, API 611, API 612, API 613, API 616, API 617, API 618, API 673, API 681 /liliHas a broad knowledge of construction, fabrication and inspection techniques /liliHas knowledge of quality management systems including ISO **** /liliGood planning and organizational skills /liliHas a pro-active approach in resolving any Quality Control issues / action /liliMaintains a professional, safe and ethical standard of behavior in the relationship with Suppliers, Client representatives, or third parties /liliKnowledge of MS office /liliFluent English and Italian /liliSpeaks and writes clearly and informatively /liliTakes responsibility for subordinates' activities, follows instructions, and responds to the Manager of Inspection Expediting /liliFollows Company policies and procedures /liliCompletes inspection and expediting reports as well as the review of Supplier's ITP and inspection and testing procedures in timely manner /liliSelf-motivated /liliCommitted to identify, analyze,
