/p h3Project Quantity Surveyor – Data Centre (ME) – Milan /h3 pYou'll join Kirby Group Engineering on a major data centre project in Milan, taking ownership of the commercial delivery across both mechanical and electrical packages.
It's a fast-moving environment with real scale, where your decisions will have a direct impact on project performance.
/p h3The Role /h3 pYou'll take responsibility for the commercial management of the project from early-stage through to final account.




This is a full lifecycle role, working closely with project, planning and commercial teams to ensure the job is delivered properly and profitably.
/p pYou'll be expected to lead from the front, manage detail without losing sight of the bigger picture, and operate with confidence in a high-performing project environment.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liManaging budgets, BOQs and commercial planning across the project /li liRunning valuations, applications and ensuring accurate monthly reporting /li liManaging subcontractor accounts from appointment through to final account agreement /liliLeading commercial discussions with both client and internal stakeholders /li liTracking performance and reporting clearly to project leadership /li liIdentifying and managing commercial risks early /li liWorking closely with planning to align cost and programme /li liHandling variations, change control and dayworks with accuracy /li liMaintaining strong commercial records to support all reporting and negotiations /li /ul h3What They're Looking For /h3 ul liExperience as a Project Quantity Surveyor within ME or complex construction environments /li liData centre exposure is advantageous,
