/ppAbout The Job To reach our ambitious targets and guarantee the highest quality in our markets, we are currently looking for a Customer Quality Engineer who will be in charge of managing some customers with the objective to reduce the percentage of defectiveness of our products and non-quality costs.
/ppThis role is based in Fabriano (AN), Italy and reports to the Head of Quality Hoods.
/ppYour tasks /pulliEnsure customer expectations and contractual Quality requirements are met, checking their application in all the Project phases; /liliEnsure the continuous improvement processes,



promoting changes aimed at increasing effectiveness and efficiency; /liliEnsure proper interface management with Customers for Quality aspects; /liliContribute to measure customer satisfaction by interfacing the clients on specific projects if needed; /liliEnsure the execution of audits (internal and external) on Projects; /liliEnsure proper improvement action plans as per Customer Satisfaction results; /liliEnsure proper analysis, escalation and management of important quality issues in processes, products and systems installed and/or delivered to customers concerning the project; /liliEnsure the analysis of project-related non-conformities and monitor the implementation of relevant corrections and corrective actions; /liliCoordinate the closure of non-conformities with other relevant Quality units; /liliEnsure that the fulfilment of customer quality requirements is demonstrated and provides relevant evidence to customers, certification bodies and safety authorities; /liliEnsure follow-up across the whole project lifecycle from bidding till the end of the service contract to ensure the expected quality level.
/li /ulpAdditional / Special Duties /pulliGive support and share best practices within the Home Solutions Division; /liliContribute to the Global Quality Strategy by providing all the Project Quality Assurance elements.




/li /ulpRequirements /pulliBachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical background; /lili2 or 3 years of experience within industrial environments on similar Quality roles; /liliFluent in English; /liliStrong teamwork orientation to reach the targets, ability to influence and collaboration across all levels of the organization; /liliGoal oriented, good organizational and planning skills; /liliHigh analytical and problem solving skills; /liliPositive attitude towards the Customer; /liliCapability to understand and manage contractual quality requirements concerning the project; /liliProactive person with good communication skills; /liliKnowledge of root cause analysis tools: 8D, 5Ws, Ishikawa, Six Sigma /liliKnowledge of ISO **** (new edition), ISO ***** (new edition) and ISO *****; /liliProficient at Microsoft Office Suite; /liliGood knowledge of statistical tools (i.e. Minitab); /liliKnowledge of SAP; /liliAble to travel abroad extensively.

/li /ulpThe compensation package for this position is expected to range between €40,000 and €55,000 gross per year, including a variable premio scheme.
The actual compensation will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, and the scope of the role, applying objective and gender-neutral criteria, and may be slightly below or above this range.
