is a Global Sales Marketing Consultancy Company operating in B2B markets within the manufacturing industry.
We are looking for a motivated Sales Apprentice to join our team in Milan.
brThe candidate will be trained to develop a dedicated commercial approach within the reference sector, gaining hands-on experience in B2B sales and business development.
After a suitable training session, the candidate will be able to prospect target accounts for new business, generate and manage new leads, and support the team in developing new market segments.
brThe candidate will report directly to the Sales Manager.
brThe main task is supporting the sales team in the commercial development process, from lead generation to contract negotiation, within a structured apprenticeship program aimed at building strong sales foundations.
brAutonomy and precision are required in carrying out assigned tasks, propensity to teamwork and professional relationship with clients and prospects, as well as initiative and flexibility.
Essential Duties Responsibilities:



br· Research and generation of new leads br· Prospecting and acquisition of new clients br· Market research and development of new business opportunities br· Support in the negotiation and management of contracts br· Building and maintaining relationships with clients and prospects br· Conduct follow-up activities on customer inquiries br· Support in the preparation of commercial proposals br· Development of specific market segments Personal background and soft-skills: br· Bachelor's Degree in Economics, in Engineering, or related field br· Strong communication and interpersonal skills br· Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn br· Problem-solving and organisational attitude br· Precision and attention to detail br· Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities br· Fluent in English br· Third language knowledge is a plus br· Familiarity with CRM and Microsoft Office tools is a plus Industry segment: brAutomotive, HVAC, Home Appliances, Automation Electric Motors sectors We offer: br· Apprenticeship contract with a structured training path in Milan city centre br· Dedicated tutor and mentorship throughout the training program br· Real growth opportunity with potential for permanent employment br· Dynamic, international working environment Infinity provides equal opportunity to all candidates and employees.
