This role ensures all train systems are tested, integrated, and commissioned safely in accordance with project specifications, regulatory requirements, and client expectations, ensuring successful project delivery and handover.

This role ensures all train systems are tested, integrated, and commissioned safely in accordance with project specifications, regulatory requirements, and client expectations, ensuring successful project delivery and handover.
/ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliDevelop and manage the Testing Commissioning (TC) plan and schedule.
/liliLead all testing phases, including Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), Static Testing, Dynamic Testing, and Final Acceptance.
/liliEnsure all train systems are tested, integrated, and meet technical and safety requirements.
/liliCoordinate with Engineering, Production, Quality, Project teams,
clients, and contractors throughout the commissioning process.
/liliLead troubleshooting activities, defect resolution, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
/liliMonitor testing progress and ensure project milestones are achieved.
/liliEnsure compliance with railway standards, safety regulations, and company procedures.
/liliPrepare commissioning reports, testing records, and handover documentation.
/liliLead, coach, and manage the Testing Commissioning team.
/li /ulh3Job Requirements /h3ulliBachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Railway Engineering, or a related field.
/liliMinimum b8–10 years /b of experience in Testing Commissioning or Railway Engineering, with at least b3 years /b in a managerial role.
/liliExperience in MRT, LRT, Metro, or rolling stock projects is preferred.
/liliStrong knowledge of railway systems, testing methodologies, and system integration.
/liliGood leadership, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
/liliWilling to travel and work at project sites when required.
