ppHSPI S.p.A., a leading company in IT Governance services and part of the TXT Group, is expanding its team in Rome and is looking for a Project Manager with experience in management consulting or ICT consulting, capable of managing complex projects, interacting with clients, and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
/ph3Key Responsibilities /h3h3Project Delivery Management /h3ulliPlan, coordinate, and monitor implementation projects using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
/liliManage project timelines, budgets, quality, risks, and stakeholders, ensuring successful project delivery.
/liliCoordinate Go-Live activities, ensuring the proper execution of implementation plans and release checklists.
/liliMonitor project progress, identify critical issues, and define appropriate corrective actions.
/li /ulh3Business Analysis Process Improvement /h3ulliGather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
/liliAnalyze business and IT processes, identifying opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.
/liliDefine operational procedures and support the evolution of organizational operating models.
/li /ulh3Governance Change Management /h3ulliSupport Demand Management activities by contributing to the prioritization of project initiatives.
/liliDefine and support Change Management plans aimed at facilitating the adoption of new processes and solutions.
/liliFoster coordination and communication between Business, Delivery, and Deployment teams.
/liliManage client relationships, ensuring continuous alignment on project objectives and progress.
/li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliProven experience managing complex IT projects, including planning, monitoring, risk management,



and stakeholder coordination.
/liliKnowledge of Agile and Waterfall Project Management methodologies.
/liliExperience in PMO, Project Governance, and Program Management, with the ability to define KPIs, WBS, executive reporting, and governance models.
/liliExperience in business process analysis and functional requirements gathering.
/liliKnowledge of IT Governance and IT Service Management best practices.
/liliAbility to produce project documentation, executive reports, and performance monitoring dashboards.
/liliExcellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
/liliGood command of the English language.
/li /ulh3Nice to Have /h3ulliExperience working with Public Administration organizations and/or in-house companies.
/liliExperience in ServiceNow implementation projects, particularly involving SPM, ITSM, and Contract Management solutions.
