/p h3Job Duties may include /h3 ul liProviding Counseling and Diagnostic Assessment services to youth and families up to age 26 /li liCollaborating with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care /li liDiagnostic assessments /li liCounseling/psychotherapy for individuals and/or groups /li liReferral/linkage with other services /li liDocumentation for provided services /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liMaster's degree and LPC/LPCC, LSW/LISW (or higher) licensure /li liWillingness to get NPI and Medicaid billing number (we'll help!) /li liExperience working with mental health and substance use disorder preferred /li liTraining in counseling-scope work with youth and families (3yrs experience preferred) /li /ul pQualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or protected veteran status.
