ppEnsure the effectiveness and efficiency of the area's processes and productive resources to fulfill the established manufacturing, quality, cost and safety goals.
/p h3GENERAL FUNCTIONS /h3 ul liSupervise the activities carried out in the manufacturing area in order to reach the targets defined each year for the plant.
/li liMonitor the effective fulfillment of manufacturing programs and define and ensure the implementation of specific action plans in order to fix any problems that may affect the plant.
/li liDrive continuous improvement of manufacturing and management processes through an ongoing search for efficient manufacturing practices and methods.
/li liEnsure the implementation and fulfillment of all procedures with same time ensuring that manufactured products fulfill the requirements requested.
/li liEnsure OHSE policies and procedures are followed in the manufacturing area.
/li liManage, develop and motivate the team in the area of responsibility.
/li liAuthority to stop the production and/or deliveries if required.
/li liReport to the Plant Manager or Country Manager on the main production effectiveness and efficiency ratios for the manufacturing area and develop improvement plans in case of deviation.
/li liTake part in the Plant Committee, representing the section, as well as other Plant Meetings involving maintenance.
/li liPrepare the yearly budget for the manufacturing area.
/li liObserve Ficosa's Code of Ethics to avoid fraudulent practices.
Comply with Information Security Management System (ISMS) applicable to the job, along with the training related thereto.
/li liLead the team, guaranteeing its effectiveness, development and motivation, fostering Ficosa's values.
/li liProvide the team with the necessary means to comply with OHSE rules, ensuring they are properly used.




/li liActively cooperate in maintaining, promoting and improving the OHSE and Quality department.

/p h3POSITION REQUIREMENTS /h3 pbAcademic background: /b /p pBachelor's degree in engineering or similar /p pbLanguages: /bAdvanced English (written spoken) bExperience: /b Minimum of 4 years in a similar position /p h3OTHER SPECIFICATIONS /h3 pbAdditional training: /b Knowledge in current legislation as IATF, automotive standards, basic VDA core tools, Customer Specific Standards and risk basic thinking, manufacturing, finances and Management Control.
