ph3Requisiti /h3 h3Cosa offriamo /h3 h3ENGLISH /h3 pWe are looking for an organized, proactive, and customer-oriented professional to join our team as a Sales Customer Operations Coordinator.
/p pThe successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating communication and operations between customers, sales agents, logistics, production, and our brands, ensuring smooth processes and excellent customer service.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport our brands with day-to-day sales operations.
/li liCoordinate customer orders together with the sales agent network.
/li liManage daily communication with domestic and international customers.
/li liLiaise with logistics and production departments to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
/li liMonitor order status and provide accurate updates to customers.
/li liPrepare and manage commercial documentation.
/li liWork with ERP/CRM systems and sales management tools.




/li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liAt least 3–5 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, or Sales Operations.
/li liStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
/li liExperience with ERP systems and sales management tools (knowledge of Joor or similar software is an advantage).
/li liExcellent written and spoken English.
/li liStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.
/li liExcellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
/li liAbility to work collaboratively across multiple departments and manage priorities effectively.
