ph3Job Summary /h3pThe Operational Quality Lead is responsible for leading and driving operational quality performance within the Co.Bo.T production facilities.
The role ensures that products are manufactured, tested, inspected and delivered in accordance with customer requirements, applicable standards, engineering specifications and company procedures.
The Operational Quality Lead works closely with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain and Project teams to drive quality performance, reduce defects, improve right-first-time manufacture and support a culture of operational excellence.
/ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliPromote a culture of quality ownership and continuous improvement throughout manufacturing operations.
/liliEnsure compliance with customer specifications, inspection requirements and internal quality procedures.
/liliLead investigations into manufacturing non-conformances.
/liliSupport Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
/liliEnsure site compliance with:ulliISO **** /liliISO ***** /liliISO ***** /liliCustomer requirements /liliIndustry standards /liliInternal management system procedures /li /ul /li /ulh3Qualifications, Knowledge, Experience Skills /h3ulliHNC/HND or Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management or related discipline.




/liliFormal training in root cause analysis and problem solving.
/liliUnderstanding and application of lean Six Sigma tools, DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve Control) principles and applications.
/liliExperience in a quality engineering, quality supervision or quality leadership role within manufacturing.
