The
Test Automation Engineer
position is a key role that works closely with the Development team to design, implement, and maintain automated test suites on Blulink's proprietary products, in particular the
Quarta EVO QMS
solution.
The goal is to ensure the continuous improvement of the platform and support the rapid and safe release of updates.
The role reports to the
R&D; Platform Manager
and involves activities such as:
Strategic Collaboration:
defining, together with the Development and Quality Assurance (QA) teams, the most effective testing strategies and acceptance criteria for new features.
Design and Development:
designing and implementing automated quality and code security tests in Quarta EVO.
DevOps & CI/CD:
designing and contributing to the integration and maintenance of automated tests within Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD – Azure DevOps) pipelines.
Analysis and Reporting:
analyzing test results, identifying bugs, and providing detailed reports to guide issue resolution.
Required Skills (Hard Skills):
Languages and Frameworks:
knowledge of C#, experience with TypeScript
Tools and Practices:
Competence in End-to-End testing frameworks (e.g., Playwright and/or Ranorex)
Competence in Unit Test frameworks (e.g., XUnit and/or NUnit)
Knowledge and application of Agile practices and Secure Coding principles
Proficiency with version control systems, especially Git
Experience with Azure DevOps (or equivalent CI/CD systems)
Additional skills considered a plus:




Experience with TDD (Test-Driven Development) and BDD (Behavior-Driven Development) practices
Knowledge of test frameworks specific to Angular
Education and experience in the role of Test Automation Engineer
Languages: good written and spoken English (Intermediate level)
