Descrizione del ruolo:
Supporto ai clienti (anche in tempo reale) su problematiche riscontrate sul campo dai rispettivi Service, di natura sia elettrica, sia elettronica, sia termodinamica
Analisi di storico-dati scaricati da controllori di unità sul campo con problemi di funzionamento, a fini diagnostici sulla causa del problema
Dare informazioni di ritorno ai dipartimenti interni (Engineering, Produzione, Industrializzazione, Controllo Qualità, ecc.) su problematiche accertate sul campo e riconducibili a difetti di progettazione/industrializzazione/produzione o a componenti difettosi/non adeguati
Apertura di Ticket su problematiche segnalate dal campo allegando evidenze oggettive inviate dal cliente unitamente al claim (foto, video, ecc.)
Invio manuali utente/service e documentazione di unità vendute (dichiarazione CE, dichiarazione FGAS, certificati componenti, schemi frigo/elettrici/ingombro, ecc.)
Gestione fornitura ricambi in garanzia
Valutazione delle garanzie
Valutazione del rientro di componenti difettosi per analisi fornitore
Programmazione controllori forniti come ricambio in/fuori garanzia
Supporto alla gestione/programmazione dei controllori montati su unità vendute
Supporto alle attività di Formazione in eventuali sessioni di training
Disponibilità a ricevere training dall'Ufficio Software sulle logiche di funzionamento del controllore ad ogni rilascio di un recente progetto
Competenze richieste:
Buona conoscenza della lingua Inglese parlata e scritta, la conoscenza di una seconda lingua è un plus
Diploma tecnico (elettronico/elettrotecnico, meccanico, ecc.)
Almeno due anni di esperienza nel ruolo
Dimestichezza con applicativi Office
Preferibile conoscenza SAP
