Every team member across the company plays a role in bringing our Core Values to life every day. In addition to aligning to our values, you'll be successful here with these skills and qualifications:
1+ year of restaurant or hospitality experience; management experience preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus.
Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.Comfortable use of technology (POS systems, inventory tools, MS Office).
Ability to stand/walk for 8–10 hours and lift/move up to 50 lbs.
Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends.

Pay : $47,000–$60,000 / year + premio eligibility
Schedule : Flexible scheduling with one weekend off per month
