This position plays a critical role in supporting manufacturing, troubleshooting, repair, and qualification activities for advanced wireless communication systems and RF-based products.
/p pThe successful candidate will work closely with Manufacturing, RD, Quality, Service, and NPI teams to ensure products meet Keysight's high standards for quality, performance, and customer satisfaction.
The role requires strong hands?on technical skills, particularly in hardware troubleshooting and repair of RF modules and complex electronic assemblies, while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing operations.

/p h3Responsibilities /h3 h3Hardware Troubleshooting and Repair /h3 ul liDiagnose and troubleshoot failures on RF modules, electronic assemblies, and complete systems.
/li liPerform board?level and module?level repair activities using electrical schematics, test equipment, and diagnostic tools.
/li liIdentify root causes of manufacturing and field?return failures and implement corrective actions.
/li liSupport qualification, validation, and verification activities for new and existing products.
/li /ul h3Manufacturing Support /h3 ul liProvide technical support to manufacturing operations to ensure product quality, delivery performance, and process stability.
/li liSupport production testing, debugging, assembly, and integration activities.
/li liCollaborate with engineering teams during new product introduction (NPI) and production transfer activities.
/li liAssist in developing and improving manufacturing processes, work instructions, and technical documentation.
/li /ul h3Equipment Maintenance /h3 ul liPerform preventive and corrective maintenance of manufacturing test equipment, fixtures, and tools.
/li liSupport calibration and verification activities of measurement systems and test equipment.
/li liEnsure equipment reliability and availability to support manufacturing schedules.
/li /ul h3Continuous Improvement RCA /h3 ul liParticipate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations related to quality, manufacturing, and reliability issues.
/li liSupport implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
/li liContribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing defects, improving yield,



and increasing operational efficiency.
/li liMaintain accurate repair records, failure analysis reports, and technical documentation.
/li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul liTechnical Diploma or Bechelor Degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
/li liMinimum 3/5 years of experience in manufacturing, repair, test, or technical support environments.
/li liStrong hands?on experience troubleshooting electronic assemblies and hardware systems.
/li liSolid understanding of analog and digital electronics.
/li liExperience using laboratory and diagnostic equipment such as: ul liOscilloscopes /li liSpectrum Analyzers /li liSignal Generators /li liDigital Multimeters /li liNetwork Analyzers /li /ul /li liAbility to interpret electrical schematics, manufacturing documentation, and technical drawings.
/li liStrong analytical and problem?solving skills.
/li liAbility to work independently as well as within multidisciplinary teams.
/li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience working with RF modules, wireless communication systems, or telecommunications equipment.
/li liKnowledge of Root Cause Analysis methodologies (5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, Fault Tree Analysis, etc.).
/li liExperience supporting manufacturing equipment maintenance and calibration activities.
/li liFamiliarity with NPI (New Product Introduction) environments.
/li liKnowledge of quality and continuous improvement methodologies.
/li liExperience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, Salesforce) and manufacturing documentation processes and tool like JIRA, Confluence.
/li liPrevious experience in high?tech electronics or instrumentation industries.
/li /ul h3Language Requirements /h3 ul liGood written and spoken English is preferred.
/li liAbility to communicate effectively with international teams and manufacturing sites.
