/ph3Job Description: /h3pbLocation: /b Poviglio, Italy /ph3The Global Graduate Programme – A Fast-Track to Leadership /h3pThe Sibelco bGlobal Graduate Programme /b is a btwo-year rotational programme /b consisting of two bone-year assignments /b in key operational and commercial roles.
Participants gain bhands?on experience with real business projects /b, ensuring early responsibility and exposure to strategic decision?making.
/ppParticipants receive a bpermanent contract from the start /b, ensuring long-term career prospects within Sibelco.
As part of this programme, we are recruiting a bGraduate Automation Engineer /b for a one?year assignment focused on bautomating logistics and production control /b at the San Nazzaro Cluster.
/ppGraduates must also be bopen to spending their second year in a different cluster /b outside their initial region to gain binternational or regional business exposure /b.




/ph3Your Impact in This Role /h3pThis assignment focuses on bintegrating automation in material weighing, vehicle access control, and transport document issuance (DDT) through a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) /b.
Key responsibilities include: /pullibAnalyzing /b existing processes to identify inefficiencies /lilibResearching and selecting /b technologies for automation and MES integration /lilibDeveloping and testing /b systems for weighing, access control, and DDT issuance /lilibDeploying MES /b for real-time monitoring and production traceability /lilibTraining personnel /b on new automated systems and decision?making tools /li /ulh3What You Bring to the Table /h3ullibDegree in Mechanical, Electronic, or Automation Engineering, or a related field /b /liliStrong banalytical and problem-solving skills /b /lilibLeadership, communication, and project management skills /b /liliKnowledge of bMES, SCADA, PLCs, and industrial sensors /b /liliProgramming skills (bPython, SQL, or industrial automation languages /b) /liliExperience with bERP integration and data analysis /b /lilibFluent English (B2) required, Italian (B2)
