/ph3Position Overview /h3pWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist to join our team.
The HR Operations Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department, ensuring smooth and efficient processes across various HR functions.
This role requires a thorough understanding of HR operations, strong analytical skills, and exceptional communication abilities.
/ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliAdminister and manage HR systems, including employee data management, benefits administration, employee self-service portal, time and attendance system, etc.
/liliProcess HR transactions, such as new hires, terminations, promotions, transfers, and benefits enrollments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and guidelines.
/liliAddress employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and programs.
/liliAssist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and guidelines in alignment with local laws and regulations.
/liliConduct regular audits to ensure HR data integrity and provide data reports to support business needs.
/liliAssist with HR projects and initiatives, such as talent management, performance reviews, employee engagement activities, etc.
/liliStay updated on HR best practices, industry trends,
and legal requirements to ensure compliance and propose process improvements.
/liliAct as the point of contact for employees and suppliers regarding benefits.
/liliManage order requests for meal vouchers, including handling cases of lost, stolen, or deactivated vouchers: inserting new users and ordering new cards.
/liliEnsure that new hires are included in the insurance coverage and all other benefits.
/liliServe as the primary contact for suppliers to renew coverages and update the list of employees on a yearly basis.
/liliCollaborate with payroll and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and benefits-related payments, including payroll file controls.
/liliMaintain data accuracy to ensure excellent quality service.
/li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
/lili5+ years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, or related roles.
/liliIn-depth knowledge of HR systems and applications, including HRIS (Workday), ATS, and payroll process.
/liliStrong understanding of HR processes, policies, and procedures.
/liliExcellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
/liliExceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
/liliExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
/liliAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
/liliProficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
/liliKnowledge of local labor laws and regulations is preferred.
/liliHR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
/liliEnglish/Italian Fluency.
