/liliOrganize shifts, manage team schedules, vacations, and daily planning.

/li /ulh3Store Operations /h3ulliOversee stock replenishments and warehouse organization.
/liliManage returns and exchanges via Shopify and follow up on online orders.
/liliEnsure proper documentation of damages, gifting actions, and customer incidents.
/liliGuarantee adherence to internal processes and visual merchandising standards.
/li /ulh3Strategy Collaboration /h3ulliWork closely with the retail marketing team to implement in-store campaigns.
/liliShare insights and contribute ideas to improve store operations and customer engagement.
/li /ulh3Tu perfil /h3h3Who You Are /h3ulliAt least 3 years of experience as Store Manager or Assistant Manager in premium fashion brands.
/liliPassionate about fashion, storytelling, and trends.
/liliStrong skills in sales, leadership, and communication.
/liliHighly organized, analytical, proactive, and goal-oriented.
/liliComfortable working with digital tools (Shopify, Google Drive, etc.).
/liliIntermediate to high level of spoken English.
